Who we are

This website presents the work of Magevia Technologies Limited, the controller of the personal data described here. You can write to us about anything in this notice at showcase@triadinsight.eu.

The contact form

When you send the form, we receive the details you enter — your name, company or organisation, country, e-mail address and message — together with the presentation you sent it from. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and to continue the conversation if you wish. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Giving us these details is voluntary, but without them we cannot reply. We do not use them for automated decisions or profiling, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

When you browse the site

This website sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties. Like any web server, ours keeps a short technical log of requests to keep the site secure and working; the IP addresses in it are shortened so that they no longer point to a single device. The log is kept on the server for 30 days, and an encrypted copy for up to 12 months, for security and statistics. From it we count visits in aggregate — pages viewed, type of device, approximate country — without identifying anyone. To protect the form from automated abuse, your IP address is also used, only in the server’s memory, to limit how many messages can be sent from one connection; it is not stored. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and understanding how it is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who else handles your details

Your message reaches us by e-mail. The providers that host this website and our mailbox process it on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else.

Transfers outside Europe

We are established outside the European Economic Area, in a country for which the European Commission has not adopted an adequacy decision. Your details are made available to us under the standard contractual clauses adopted by the Commission (Decision (EU) 2021/914); you can obtain a copy by writing to showcase@triadinsight.eu.

How long we keep them

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with it and with any discussions that follow, and for no longer than two years after our last exchange — unless a contract follows, in which case its records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your details, to correct or delete them, to restrict their use, to object to it or to receive them in a portable form, by writing to showcase@triadinsight.eu. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live or work.
